“Colours”
presented me with many “what if moments.” I have spent the summer mulling over
the possibilities and finally it was “A Spot of Colour” that demanded my
attention.
At
a workshop late last year I discovered pen and ink drawing and since then I
have wanted to explore the possibilities of “stitch and ink” in quilt
making. This little quilt
presented me with just such an opportunity. The hand dyed mono printed
fabric from some long ago workshop provided the accent colour.
Thank
you Pam for a very interesting challenge. I have really enjoyed making this for
you. May be its from a way out of
left field but I hope it brings you pleasure.
Cheers
Judith
