Thought I'd get the ball rolling. I've gone traditional [again] with the "Trip around the world" pattern - no matter where I travel there is no place like home. Machine pieced and hand quilted. The little 1930's French button is from "Haberdash" in Castlemaine, a treasure trove of old "stuff".
Excellent reason to choice this pattern! I love it. My mom made a king size 1 inch trip around the world quilt 20 years ago. Actually the trips are in large groups. LOVE the house added with the bird!♥♥♥
