Friendship Star and Scrabble Tiles by Kay W.

Another month another challenge!  This month's theme yielded so many ideas, but so few that my sewing skills could cope with!  I was looking through my batik scraps for something else when i found these fabrics and remembered that I had bought them at Kerry's shop at the Sydney Quilt show a few years ago.  I did finish that project, Kerry.  It is a lovely wavy bed runner that sits on top of my white doona and keeps my cat very happy!

So for this month I have done a traditional Friendship Star block, with Kerry's fabrics, and overlaid some Scrabble tiles spelling that all important word.  Thank you for the challenge, Kerry, and thank you all for being my Quilting Friends.
